Becky Slack, MD of Slack Communications, has been appointed as Prisoners of Conscience‘s first ever Fundraising Manager.
Tasked with helping the charity on its important mission to transform the lives of people who have been persecuted for their acts of conscience to protect and advance human rights around the world, she took on the part-time role in September 2019 and is responsible for substantially growing income so that even more human rights defenders and their families around the world can be supported.
Becky is an experienced fundraiser having raised almost half a million pounds for good causes throughout her career. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in communications, fundraising and journalism, and has worked for more than 15 years within the charity sector.
